DTC Bursary Applications

DTC offers two bursaries to graduating students. 

   (1) Not planning to play at the next level | $250-$400

   (2) Trying out at the next level | $400-$500

IMPORTANT NOTES

 1. The application must:

        - be a graduating student of Sussex Regional High School

        - have played or been extensively involved with varsity basketball in the last two years of high              school.

        - have an average above 75% in grade 11 and 12.

 2. The award is tenable at any post secondary institution including community college.

 3. If applying for bursary (1) applicant must have been involved in both school and community               activities.

 4. If applying for bursary (2) applicant must be accepted to a post secondary institution and must          complete basketball tryouts and/or participate with the team in some manner such as manager or 

​    trainer.

 5. All applications must be submitted prior to May 31st.​

SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS REQUIRED

- Transcript of grade 11 and up-to spring of grade 12 marks.

Successful applicants will need to provide proof of enrollment and proof of team involvement to receive bursary.
